A Wild Conversation with a Wildcat.

Anyone who knows me knows that I love "Wildcats" aka Cougars. Well, this one time I was with one who had never done sex outside of a bed in the bedroom. When she came to my place, the moment got wild and I bent her over a barstool. When I had her suspended in mid-air like superman, I was hitting it from the back and her coochie started pooting. She hollers out, "it's talking to ya daddy!" if she hadn't moved out of the state, I'd still be having conversations what that coochie.

Christmas in the J.C. Clemons Sr. Home

From 1984 to the early 2000s, Christmas was always one of the favorite times of the year for my step-father, J.C. Clemons, Sr.

He would always decorate our home with Christmas lights, and he loved to play Christmas music. Our house was always the best lit up house in the neighborhood. Everything was fine, until the light bill came.

I still remember him playing The Supreme's Christmas album and Gene Autry's Christmas songs every year.

One of the other things that we would receive is a bucket of fruit and nuts. To this day, I have no idea what that had to do with Christmas.

Sadly, in April of 2010, he died due to a battle with lung cancer.

Whenever I hear those songs played on the radio, I can't help but think about those years when I was a child in his home.

Fact to Face

During the Fall of 2022, I came face to face with my college crush.

I had not seen this woman since her sister graduated college in 2005.

I ran into her during our college homecoming weekend.

Back when I was in college, I thought that she was the zenith of finer womanhood.

I finally ended up telling my crush that I liked her years ago.

She wondered why I did not speak up back then.

I told her that it was hard to saying anything to her when sleazy women were trying to get to me.

We both laughed and chunked it up as a missed opportunity.

At the time that I spoke with my crush, she was a married woman of 11 years. The moment that I spent speaking with her was a magical moment in time that I will always cherish.

Sometimes it is just good to get things out in the open even if you know that it will not change things for you.

I'm in the Big Leagues Now!

This is a story about the first time that I had sex with a tall woman.

It was the summer of the year 2000.

I met this woman on the website called Blackplanet.com.

I met her in a chat room entitled 21 and up.

Let me begin by saying that in my 20s I was very experimental when it came to sex.

I had no restrictions when it came to women and sex. I just figured that if she was down to do it then so was I.

Anyway, back to the topic. Her name was " Fine as Wine". No one ever used their real names at the time and that was fine with me.

"Fine as Wine" and I began to personal message one another. The topic of sex was intense between us. I could not wait to meet her. So we agreed to meet at a popular motel in my hometown.

When I met her she was looking sexy as hell, but she had to be at least 6 feet tall in heels!

I stood firmly at 5 foot 4 inches tall. She approached me and looked down at me and she said, " So what's up? Are we going to do this or what?"

I look up at her gigantic size and I said, " Hell yeah! I am up for the challenge!"

It was the best sex that I had ever had at that point in my life, and I have never told anyone about it until now.

This was the start of a discreet fling that lasted for at least 3 years into my first years of college.

Eventually, we ended up breaking up because she got a job that took her away to Memphis, TN.

Years later, we found each other on Facebook and I found out that she is now happily married with 3 children with a man her own height.

Every now and then I wonder what our lives would have been like if we would have publicly announced our love for one another and not cared about what people would have thought about our mismatched height.

I will always think of her as the giant that got away.

I have since then learned to live my life outside of the prison of other people's thoughts. It is the only way to establish true freedom to do the things that I want to do.

Come Out, Come Out Where ever you are!

In the year 2000, a friend that I had known from high school told me that he was a homosexual.

At first, I did not know how to react to his confession.

I had so many questions that raced through my head at the time. However, when it was all said and done, I accepted him and I continued on with things as if he had never said a word to me about it.

A few weeks later, after his confession, he decided to invite me to join him at this nightclub that he frequented.

I decided to join him because I was a bit curious and I had never been to a gay nightclub.

The nightclub that we went to was called " Discovery Nightclub". The cover charge was $10.

The atmosphere was unlike anything that I had ever experienced. There were even a bunch of pretty girls in there from wall to wall. I found out later that this was the spot where flocks of pretty women would go to avoid being approached by men.

Well, that did not always work......

In a side room, they had shows where drag queens would perform. The show was hosted by a drag queen character called "Dominique".

The host spent most of their time announcing the performers and talking bad to pretty women. The whole show was definitely entertaining.

After the show was over, we made our way over to the dance floor. In a group of girls dancing, I spotted this girl that I had previously danced with at another nightclub. Her name was Ebony.

I told my friend that I was going to go and dance with her. My friend immediately grabbed me by my shoulder and warned me it may not be a good idea to do it because it could result in a fight.

I told him that I knew her and I would be fine.

Right as I approached Ebony, she grabbed me and pulled me into the center of the huddle of women.

It was there that she gave me a passionate kiss while she lifted me up by my rear end.

My friend saw that and he knew instantly that I was "The Man"!

After dancing with Ebony, she wrote down her number on a napkin and we hugged and said our goodbyes.

I started dating someone else a few days later and I never saw or called Ebony again.

If I am being honest, I was just not into bisexual women at the time. Who am I kidding? I'm still not.

As for me and my friend, we have maintained our 30-plus-year friendship. However, we never went to "Discovery" together ever again.

Years later, I heard that Discovery Nightclub closed due to the lack of patronage during the global pandemic.

My friend now has the same boyfriend that he has had for the past 20-plus years.

And we all lived happily ever after.

The Hole In The Wall

When I was in my early 20s, I used to travel the state of Arkansas to attend any and every popular nightclub.

One of the first places that I attended was a place in the small black rural community of Union Chapel. My stepdad once warned me to be careful going up there because people that he had known in the past had gotten killed there.

Despite his warnings, my sister Mary Jayne and I went there one night in 1999. In the middle of nowhere, stood this little green building that had cars surrounding it. The cover charge was $10.

When I entered the building, the place was packed with beautiful women from wall to wall. The atmosphere smelled of whiskey and fried chicken. It was here that I got my introduction to "Mama Lucy". Mama Lucy is a homemade alcoholic drink that was served in that region of the country. I paid $2 for my first drink. I had several cups of it throughout the night because it tasted like a strong version of Kool-Aid.

It was also here that I met and danced with the finest woman in the room. Her name was Nicky. I danced for what seemed like hours with her. At the end of the night, she gave me a nice kiss on the cheek and her phone number that I had written down on a napkin.

I was so lucky that I had my sister with me because as soon as the night air hit my face, I ended up crawling back to my car. My sister drove us home that evening. I never saw Nicky again and I lost the phone number that she had given me.

In 2004, I was told that the little green building was raided by the cops and has since then ceased to exist.

Whenever I hear that song called Hole in the Wall playing, I can't help but be reminded of that autumn night in 1999.

Family Jewels

 On January 28th, 2022, my niece D'Mya's 13th birthday,

I received a strange call from the Faulkner County Library. They proceeded to tell me that 2 of my mother's books were there and they wanted to know if I wanted to have them.

I told them that I did. So I went there to retrieve them.

What I found was phenomenal. These books were 2 handwritten books of poetry that she had managed to get stored in the library's catalog. By this time, they had been in the system for nearly 28 years!

The books looked like journals that you would buy from Walmart and they were filled with poetry and pasted pictures of family photos that I had not seen in years!

When I told my mother that I had retrieved those books, she told me that she wrote those books and she dedicated them to the memory of Mother Jesse Anderson and my great-grandmother who we affectionately called " Mama Gert".

I wanted to write about this to remind you all of just how important family artifacts are. Never take anything for granted.
